We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our dynamic team.
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Duties:
-Manage the daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and production.
-Implement and maintain high-quality standards for food, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
-Assist with inventory management and ordering, ensuring that all food and supplies are available when need.
-Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records.
-Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer concerns and addressing any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
-Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize operations.
-Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that staffing levels are adequate to meet customer demands while maintaining profitability.
-Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience:
-Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
-Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and presentation.
-Strong understanding of cash handling.
-Familiarity with restaurant operations and management systems.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
-Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
